Graduate Reminders
Graduates:
The day of ceremony, the check-in process will be the same as rehearsal practice. You will line up as you did for the rehearsal.
Arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. wearing Caps, Gowns, Tassels
Prepare to go through inspection (staff will check for items not allowed on the field. Water will be provided on the field)
Wear comfortable shoes for the walk
Leave all personal belongings (purses, flowers, etc.) with family members
Reunion area will be at the Flagpole. There will be no access to the field.
Families:
Everyone required a ticket for admittance
Entrances are at 15th Street/Alma and 17th Street
Street Parking Only
Gates Open: 2:00 PM
Clear Bags Only
No Balloons, Posters, Noise Makers, Umbrellas, or any items that may block view of other spectators
No Field Access
