Senior Breakfast- Wednesday, June 5, 2024 @ 9:45 a.m. Olguin MPR
All Seniors must attend their 1st period class.
Students may bring towels or blankets to enjoy breakfast on the West Lawn. Encourage students to bring their yearbooks as well! Great opportunity to get yearbooks signed.
Flagship Campus~ AT THE END of 1st period, teachers will distribute wristbands (wristband will be in your mailboxes on Wednesday morning if you have seniors in your class.) Buses will be waiting for students (15th street) to shuttle over to Olguin at the start of 2nd period. Buses will be available at the end of 3rd period (end of Breakfast) to shuttle students back to Flagship.
Olguin Campus ~ students will check in to their 2nd period and receive wristbands at the beginning of the period. PLEASE WAIT for the announcement to release to the Breakfast.
Senior Extravaganza - Thursday, June 6, 2024 @ 12:30 p.m. Flagship Baseball Field
Seniors that purchased a ticket for Extravaganza OR purchased the Senior Package that includes Extravaganza, will receive a wristband. Wristbands will be in your mailboxes Thursday morning with highlighted names.
Flagship Campus~ 4th period teachers. Please do not pass out wristbands or dismiss students until the announcement is made. Senior teachers, please escort your students to the baseball field if all of your class is attending. Thank you!
Olguin Campus~ Lunch Shuttle will be provided to students who purchased the Senior Extravaganza ticket. Teachers, please be sure to distribute wrist bands to Olguin students at the end of 3rd period.
Graduation Rehearsal ~ Friday, June 7, 2024 @ 12:00 p.m. Flagship Baseball Field & Pirate Stadium
Seniors will check-in with their counselor. - beginning at 12:00 p.m. Tables will be set-up with counselor name in the baseball field.
Flagship Campus ~Students will be dismissed as soon as the bell rings. Seniors will report to periods 1 and 2. They are to report to the Baseball field at 12:00 p.m. (start of lunch), not any earlier.
Olguin Campus ~ Teachers, please DO NOT dismiss students until the announcement is made. Students will be shuttled over at
11:30 a.m. Olguin Staff will be waiting at Flagship to escort students to the Baseball Field.
Students will be dismissed at the end of the day (2:18 p.m.) after Grad Practice
