Good afternoon Ms. Cheng,

I would like to reintroduce Associate Director, Ms. Karina Cerda, who will oversee program logistics and provide attendance reports, once we begin the program.

We are excited for the PIQE – Bridge to College Program on Wednesday October 15^th! Our Class #1 will be at 9:30am Spanish in person and 6:00pm via zoom in English. The following are some last-minute reminders.

Welcome and Introduction: Please plan to open the meeting with a brief welcome (5 minutes or less) and introduction of the PIQE staff.

Meeting Space:

As agreed, for the Spanish in-person session at 9:30 AM, we will meet in the College Career Center, Room# A208. If a projector could be set up and ready before the orientation begins, it would be greatly appreciated.

For the English class at 6:00 PM, we will be using the following Zoom link:

School Message: Could you please send a parent reminder through the school message system on, Tuesday, October 14^th to reinforce attendance? We will also be sending text reminders and calling parents, but a school message will also be of great support to motivate parents. I am attaching the flyer if needed.

Parent participation: Our Team began placing calls this week. Please note that Ms. Cerda will provide you an outreach report on Monday, as we receive confirmation report from our team.
