A BIG item on the agenda is a review of the current bylaws AND some proposals for amendments that I am suggesting for approval.  Reviewing the current and proposed bylaws is something that should take place prior to our meeting for a more efficient discussion and approval process.  Both versions of the bylaws are linked in the agenda.
