Hi All, 
Each semester SAS hosts Visitation Days during the school day, to allow prospective families to see our program in action.  

Dana MS has scheduled a production on the same date.... so, I have agreed to hold a second date especially for Dana students.  We have agreed that the second date will be Wednesday, Nov. 12 8:45-11:00.   SAS teachers who have SAS students during periods 2 and/or 3 should expect to have visitors to their classroom on both of those dates.  

The visitors will attend a short presentation during period 1 in the student cafeteria, and then visit multiple classrooms during periods 2-3, staying approximately 7 minutes in each room.  Please introduce yourself and explain what is happening in your class and offer to answer any questions they may have.  

I know it's a lot between Info Night and Visitation Days in a short window of time, and I appreciate your willingness to participate and show how great our program is!  These events are crucial to the recruitment process and to keep our program growing and strong.
