San Pedro High School CTE Pathway Fair – Event Agenda Date: Thursday, March 13th, 2025 Location: SPHS Auditorium 
7:30 AM – Volunteer Arrival & Setup • Volunteers check in and set up their respective tables. • Industry representatives prepare materials and displays. 
8:30 AM – Student Rotations Begin 
• Period 1 (8:30 – 9:28) – First group of 10th-grade students arrives. 
• Period 2 (9:34 – 10:34) – Second group rotates in. 
• Period 3 (10:38 – 11:38) – Third group rotates in. 11:41 AM – Lunch Break 12:19 PM – Afternoon Student Rotations Resume 
• Period 4 (12:19 – 1:19) – Fourth group of students arrives. 
• Period 5 (1:23 – 2:17) – Fifth group rotates in. 2:19 PM –
Nutrition Break 2:42 PM – Final Student Rotation 
• Period 6 (2:42 – 3:20) – Sixth and final group of students attends. Throughout the Day 
• Students visit pathway tables, engage with industry professionals, and participate in demonstrations or hands-on activities. Industry Pathway Stations Each industry partner will have a designated table: 
 Transportation/Automotive – Oilee Auto Care Business & Finance 
– Poppy Bank Hospitality/Culinary Arts – Live Nation Health Science & Medical 
– Providence Health Media Arts (Photography, Videography, etc.) 
– T2K Media Production Robotics
