Good Morning Everyone,
Thank you all for your help and teamwork in preparing for the PSAT! A huge thank you to Bianca, Alba, and Tatiana for handling student registration tickets, and to Paulette and Bianca for setting up and launching the tests. I also appreciate everyone who is helping with room setup and proctoring. Students must arrive on time and testing by 9:00am is highly recommended
Here are a few final reminders:
Wednesday, October 21
10 ninth-grade students testing, room can be set up for Thursday and students will have plenty of room .- Testing time: 2 hours, 14 minutes
- 1 student with accommodations will be testing with Tyler in his office
Thursday, October 22
- Approximately 80 tenth and eleventh-grade students testing
- Testing time: 2 hours, 30 minutes
Setup: 40 tables with 2 students per table, all facing one way- The Boys & Girls Club team will be on campus to provide additional support
Additional Notes
Registration tickets and summons have already been given to students
- The proctor list has already been shared.
- Paulette will be running the test on Wednesday.
- Bianca will be running the test on Thursday.
- Mr. Ito will have a Chromebook cart available in the MPR in case any student needs a Chromebook.
