Extended Period 3 Advisory Agenda
1. Attendance – Expectations & Goals  Lamperelli  6 mins


  • Reinforce schoolwide expectations for daily attendance and on-time arrival.

  • Discuss the impact of attendance on academic success and graduation.

  • Introduce and review the Attendance Contract for students who need additional support.

2. College Center – College & Career Readiness  Young 6 mins

  • SAT Day Prep

  • Highlight Peer-to-Peer Counseling opportunities and student support networks.

  • Provide an overview of CSF (California Scholarship Federation) – what it is and who qualifies.

5. Senior Stop Clearance Reminders  DG  5 mins
Please review senior clearance expectations with students, including:

  • Textbook returns

  • Chromebook return and condition check

  • Athletic gear/equipment return

  • Attendance clearance

  • Completion of FAFSA/CADAA

  • College Decision and Senior Exit Surveys

6. ASB Announcements  Howe-Patapoff/ASB  6 mins

  • Upcoming activities and events

  • Prom information

  • Egg Hunt announcement and ways students can participate

7. Yearbook Sales Howe/Yearbook 2 mins

  • Remind students to purchase their yearbooks before prices increase or sales close.
