I’d like to begin planning for our upcoming SAT administration on March 17th . We currently have 90 students registered to take the SAT at Olguin. We should plan for 100, including 5 students who require testing accommodations. Last time we spoke, I think you said that the MPR would work for testers and the Library for the 5 IEP testers. Did you decide who would proctor the accommodation room , Tyler or one of the aides? Let me know how I can help?
To ensure we are fully prepared, here are the items that are needed.
50 tables -MPR
100 chairs -MPR
MPR set up, 2 tables in the foyer- A designated accommodations testing room (library)
1 proctor for the accommodations room
The SAT is scheduled for March 17th on both campuses. Based on current interest, I am estimating that we will have approximately 100 students testing at Flagship and around 150 students at Olguin.
I will also schedule a brief meeting soon to review SAT action steps.
