Enrollment Resources

Please note that this page contains forms to support ENROLLMENT for those students entering LAUSD and SPHS for the first time.

 

Once enrolled, all students then begin the registration process.

 

If you are a continuing LAUSD student, please skip this page and click the "Registration Information" tab on the SPHS website Homepage (under the main picture) for information on how to pick up, or download and complete, the required registration documents prior to your arrival.

 

Please be aware that registration is different from enrollment and every student, including returning students, must complete the registration process and documents (enrollment gets one into the school, registration assigns classes).

 

Please also note that for the safety of SPHS staff and the community, all people must wear a mask while completing the registration process.
