School-Based Management (SBM / LSLC)

School-based management (SBM) is San Pedro’s local school leadership council (LSLC), which was established in 1989 to ensure more collaboration on site-based decisions. All information on council rules and regulations is found in Article XXVII of the LAUSD-UTLA contractual agreement, and the SPHS SBM by-laws.

Below are the minutes and documents. Agendas for upcoming meetings will be posted 5 working days before the next meeting. Minutes will replace the agenda once the minutes have been approved by stakeholders.
